Here are two meditations that you can use to help yourself to relax. Although it may sound obvious, relaxing is a safe, natural way to release tension and manage stress. Learning to relax deeply is a wonderful skill to have and is worth practicing regularly.

Meditation 1: Relaxing the Bod

This guided meditation takes you through different parts of the body, relaxing each part one by one. We use our attention to deliberately release tension from the physical body.

Meditation 2: Relaxing the Mind

In this meditation, you will be guided through steps that will help you relax your mind. Our minds are often very busy, so it is important to allow them to slow down. This requires dedication and practice but the effort is definitely worth it.
