Kristine's Mindfulness course was wonderful. After 8 weeks I now have at my disposal this whole other way of living my life that was always there, but I was not aware of. The best part is that I am not dependent on anyone else to practise it. Throughout the day, whatever activity I am engaged in, I can now slow myself down to the moment that is happening, instead of watching re-runs of past interactions or orchestrating the future.I really like the format of each session, with Kristine explaining the knowledge-based slides as well as a guided meditation.

Kristine is a very professional presenter with a calming voice, that just enhances all the meditations. I have found that during these very unprecedented (COVID) times and all the uncertainties that come with that, that the mindfulness workshops were just what was needed.
